Cheryl Bastian

Cheryl serves as Director of Operations at Vertrix Wealth Management.

She helps ensure the firm delivers a seamless and attentive client experience by working closely with advisors and internal team members to oversee the operational processes that support client relationships. Her responsibilities include managing account onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, and billing.

With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cheryl brings extensive operational knowledge and a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role.

She plays an integral part in supporting the firm’s advisors and ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing the team to focus on serving clients and their long-term financial goals. Known for her responsiveness and commitment to service, Cheryl takes pride in helping create an organized and supportive environment that benefits both clients and colleagues.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University.

Outside of the office, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends and especially values time with her granddaughter.
