Josh serves as a Director of Retirement Plans at Vertrix Wealth Management.

In this role, he provides strategic guidance to individuals, employees, business owners, and organizations seeking clarity and structure in their retirement plan offerings. His approach is relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and grounded in a commitment to acting in the best interests of every client he supports.

With nearly 12 years of experience in financial services, Josh specializes in participant support, investment oversight, and retirement plan education. He provides comprehensive guidance designed to strengthen plan performance, reduce risk, and improve participant outcomes. His work helps plan sponsors and employees navigate complex decisions with confidence and a long-term perspective.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Michigan University, concentrating his studies in Finance and Economics.

Outside of work, Josh is actively involved in his community and frequently participates in local 5K fundraisers and charity golf scrambles. He enjoys traveling during Michigan’s winter months in search of sunshine and warmer weather. When at home, he can often be found attending Detroit sporting events, golfing, or spending time with his wife, Kirsten, and their dog, Brady.
