Kristie L. Guadiano

Kristie serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Vertrix Wealth Management, where she provides steady leadership and a client-first approach to every relationship.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, she partners with privately held businesses, business owners, and individuals to design retirement plans and long-term investment strategies aligned with their unique goals.

Kristie specializes in corporate retirement plans across a wide range of industries, helping organizations build strong, sustainable benefits programs while guiding owners and employees toward greater financial clarity and confidence. Her proudest professional accomplishment is not found on a balance sheet, but in the lasting relationships she builds — many of her clients become valued friends.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Theory from James Madison College at Michigan State University and remains a proud Spartan.

Outside of the office, Kristie enjoys time with family and friends, attending concerts, and visiting Mackinac Island. You can often find her at one of her three boys’ sporting events — with wrestling admittedly her favorite. She is also actively engaged in charitable and athletic initiatives in Howell; the community she proudly calls home.
