Norman C. Leon

Norm serves as a Portfolio Specialist and Investment Advisor Representative at Vertrix Wealth Management.

He works closely with the firm’s Investment Team to enhance tactical and strategic asset allocation strategies, conduct research and due diligence on exchange-traded funds and mutual funds, support trading activity, and provide reporting for select institutional and private wealth clients. His work helps ensure investment decisions are disciplined, data-driven, and aligned with the firm’s investment strategies and each client’s long-term objectives.

Norm is detail-oriented and enjoys “turning over rocks” when evaluating and monitoring mid- to long-term investment strategies for clients and retirement plan sponsors. His fiduciary focus emphasizes thoughtful analysis, ongoing oversight, and best-in-class investment selection.

He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy. He passed FINRA’s Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65) and completed the NASAA Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) Continuing Education program.

Born in Highland Park, Michigan, and raised in Grosse Pointe Park, Norm now resides in Orion Township. Outside of work, he enjoys reading industry publications as well as national and international newspapers, streaming films and shows, and playing tactical strategy board games with friends and family. He is also a lifelong “Ford Guy” and loyal fan of the Detroit Lions.
