Victoria Fox

Victoria Fox serves as Business Operations Coordinator at Vertrix Wealth Management. 

She supports the firm’s daily operations by assisting advisors, coordinating administrative processes, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. Victoria works closely with the firm’s team to support client service needs, internal workflows, and office coordination, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her approach is dependable, detail-oriented, and centered on providing responsive support to both clients and colleagues. 

Victoria focuses on administrative support, operational coordination, and client service. Her responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, document management, office organization, and supporting the firm’s operational processes. As she continues to grow within the firm, she remains focused on expanding her knowledge and contributing to the continued efficiency and growth of the organization. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a concentration in Social and Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies from Central Michigan University.  

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys having a balance of quiet time and staying active, whether that’s reading and baking at home or taking workout classes and spending time outdoors. She values quality time with family, friends, and dogs.
